It is the biggest issue facing the nation but is particularly significant in Sydney’s west as the region has a rapidly growing population. There are some grand plans to add thousands of houses and apartments, including turning Rosehill into a suburb with 25,000 homes and its own
metro. The NSW government has announced a number of strategies to speed up new housing but are they working and what more needs to be done?
